Your orthodontist will examine your teeth, talk with you about achieving realistic dental goals and advise you as to which orthodontic treatment best suits your needs.
We will provide you with high quality professional orthodontic treatment and advice.
We will discuss with you how often you need to attend for your appliances to be adjusted.
We will keep your personal details confidential and only employees of this practice will have access to them. We will only disclose details if necessary in connection with your treatment, or as required by law. You can request to see your records under the Freedom of Information Act. A fee will be payable.
Private Treatment
We are pleased to offer both children and adult patients the full range of orthodontic treatments on a private basis.
We aim to provide treatment of the highest standard support by a continuing programme of clinical audit and professional development.
The practice employs the latest technologies, including digital x-ray imaging equipment, which reduces the radiation dose to patients.
Should you decide to proceed with Private treatment, we will make sure that you are clear about the costs of treatment and provide you with a written plan.
Appointments
You should do your best to attend any appointment you have booked and let the practice know in advance if you need to cancel or change it. This enables us to make alternative arrangements broken or cancelled with less than 24 hour’s notice.

We have facilities suitable for patients requiring wheelchair access.

If you have a complaint or comment, please speak to a receptionist. It will be dealt with in line with our complaints procedure.
